What kinds of files can I upload?

Spreadsheets — .xlsx, .xls, and .csv. Each file should have a header row. See Adding your data.

Do I need to know SQL or formulas?

No. You ask questions in plain language and the assistant does the work. See Chatting & getting good answers.

Where do the answers come from?

From the data you've uploaded into your workspace. The assistant reads your real numbers — it doesn't make them up. If something isn't in your data, it can't answer about it.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Invite teammates and they can ask their own questions. See Inviting your team.

How am I charged?

Through a plan plus a prepaid wallet that usage draws from. See How billing works.

What happens if I run out of credit?

AI actions pause until you top up. Your data and assistants are safe. See How billing works.

Is my data private?

Yes — your data is scoped to your workspace and isolated from other customers. See Data privacy & isolation.

My answer looks wrong — what should I do?
