Inviting your team

Add teammates so they can chat with your assistants.

Norami is more useful when your whole team can ask their own questions. You invite teammates by email from your workspace.

How to invite someone

Open your workspace settings

Go to the team or members area of your workspace.

Send an invitation

Enter the person's email and send the invite. They'll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.

They accept

The teammate opens the invitation link and follows the prompts to set up their account. Once accepted, they're a member of your workspace.

Invitation links are meant to be opened by the person you invited. If a link seems already used or expired, send a fresh invitation.

What new members can see

New teammates can use the assistants their access allows. New members are placed so they can reach shared, general assistants right away; you can organize access further with departments and roles.
