Data privacy & isolation

What happens to the data you upload, how it's kept private, and how to have it deleted.

When you upload data to Norami, it's stored in your workspace, used to power your assistants' answers, and kept private. This page explains what happens to it, who can see it, and how to have it deleted.

Your workspace is isolated

Your data is stored per workspace. Norami's privacy policy states that workspace data is "logically isolated and is never shared with or accessible to other tenants" — in practice, this means your data is never visible to other Norami customers or workspaces.

Inside your own workspace, roles and departments control who can see which assistant, so not everyone with access to the workspace automatically sees every assistant's data.

Your data doesn't train AI models

Data you upload is used only to answer questions inside your workspace. It is not used to train AI models.

How answers are produced

When you ask a question, the relevant rows from your data are sent to the AI providers Norami uses — Anthropic and OpenAI — for processing. Any calculations run in a secure, isolated sandbox.

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your data. Once the request is verified, Norami deletes it.

To make a request, email hello@earlyshift.ai.
