Choosing a plan
During signup you choose a plan. Plans differ in how many assistants and teammates you can have. For current plans and pricing, see the pricing page on norami.ai.
You can change your plan later at any time from your workspace billing settings — see Plans & changing plans.
The optional business setup
After signing up, Norami may ask for your company website. This is optional, but helpful: Norami uses it to research your business in the background and build a short profile of what you do. That profile helps your assistants give answers that fit your context — for example, understanding your industry's terminology.
You can skip this step and add the information later.
Verifying your email
Follow the confirmation link sent to your email to activate your account. If you don't see it, check spam, then request a new link from the login screen.
Invitations to join an existing workspace work a little differently from a fresh signup — open the invite link from your email and follow the prompts. See Inviting your team.
